CONTINGENCY DEBT COLLECTION

Eagle Group does not charge a "set-up" fee or any other up-front fees.  When you place your accounts with Eagle Group, you pay nothing until we collect money.

For each successful collection, our fee is 33% of the amount collected or paid direct to you after placement of the account with us for all accounts that have never previously been to a collection agency.    

Our fee increases to 50% for accounts referred for legal action and for accounts that had been previously placed with another agency. 

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SERVICING  

Eagle Group can service your accounts receivable for a fixed, monthly fee per account.

PRE-COLLECT PROGRAM

As with our Accounts Receivable Servicing Program, our Pre-Collect Program is billed monthly, on a per account basis.

CREDIT REPORTING

There is no charge for credit reporting.

SKIP-TRACING

Skip-tracing services are provided on all accounts placed with Eagle Group at no additional charge.
