Q: What information do I need to provide to begin collection?
A: We can get started with just a name and last known address, however, the more information you can provide us with such as Social Security Number, telephone number, etc., the better.
Q: What if I don't have a good address or telephone number any longer for the person that owes the debt?
A: No problem! Eagle Group can find most anyone, anywhere at no extra charge. Just give us the most recent information you have and we'll take it from there.
Q: What if the debt is several years old? Isn't it too old to place for collection?
A: Any valid debt regardless of age can be placed for collection.
Q: How can I get the information to you to begin collection?
A: Just click here to submit the account(s) online, call us at 800-735-1889, or fax the information to 724-658-6241. A demand letter will be sent followed by telephone contact within 24 hours of account placement.
